Measure your wrist closely with a soft measuring tape.

As a general guide, your wrist measurement + 1 cm will give a comfortable fit for many people.

Fit is personal. Some prefer the cuff close to the wrist, while others prefer a little more room.

For reference, my own preferred fit is wrist measurement + 1 cm.
