Returns and Reclamation

We follow EU consumer regulations.

Returns
You may return your object within 14 days of receiving it. The object must be unused and returned in its original packaging and box. Contact me before returning at naja@najalynge.com and I will send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned object.

Reclamation
We follow EU regulations on product defects and reclamation rights. If your object is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact me at naja@najalynge.com with a description and photo of the issue.
